How to Access Your Secure Client Portal, Stay Secure and Vigilant
I want to reassure you that confidentiality is in place from the very first moment you share any documents or sensitive information, even before formal service is agreed upon or performed. All client materials are treated with the strictest confidentiality, regardless of the stage in the process.
When you’re ready and have your documents prepared after filing, please feel free to reach out. You can also securely upload any documents directly through your client portal.

Helpful tips:
• Payments can be submitted directly through your client portal, Zelle, or check-
• Court forms and documents can be uploaded securely
• Please log in using the same email address used on your intake form
• You may create a password or use a one-time login code.
Payments submitted are treated as security deposits and are not deposited until services are fully completed, filed, and transmitted, and, where applicable, accepted by the court clerk with a hearing date scheduled.
All checks are held as security for the requested services until the full scope of work has been rendered.
Any stop payment, returned, or non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks will be considered a failure to remit payment and may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of services
Additional service and processing fees, including late fees on unpaid invoices
Possible legal action to recover any outstanding balance
Cancellation fees are typically assessed at 15–30% of the value of services rendered and will not exceed $150, deducted from the remaining balance. Please do not submit payment at this time. We first require a written plan of action outlining the next steps toward completion. If no services have been performed, a full refund will be issued. However, if any services have already been provided, an applicable service fee will apply.
Clients and or attorneys are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available, and that payment remains valid throughout the service process. All unpaid invoices will remain due and payable until satisfied in full.

From the Bookings| Terms and Conditions Page, click the Intake button or the Calendar link to begin.
2️⃣ Schedule Your Appointment
After completing the intake form, click Link 2 to choose an available date and time on our calendar.
3️⃣ Reserve a Baldwin Park | Law Library Room
Once your appointment is scheduled, click Link 3 to reserve a private meeting room at the Baldwin Park Library.
