Alex P Legal Services provides only the services expressly described by the company. Our services do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the practice of law.
If documents, statements, communications, or other information submitted to us contain admissions, incriminating statements, potential evidence of criminal conduct, information concerning ongoing or anticipated unlawful activity, or other information that could create civil, criminal, regulatory, or other legal exposure, customers should not rely on our services for legal advice, legal strategy, or an assessment of potential criminal liability.
Customers who believe that submitted materials may expose themselves or another person to criminal liability should consult a licensed attorney, including a criminal-defense attorney where appropriate, before submitting, modifying, concealing, destroying, or otherwise acting upon such materials.
2. RIGHT TO DECLINE OR SUSPEND SERVICES
Alex P Legal Services reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to decline, suspend, limit, or terminate the preparation, inclusion, formatting, organization, transmission, processing, or handling of materials that we reasonably determine:
May require legal advice or attorney review;
Could create significant civil, criminal, regulatory, or other legal consequences;
Could involve self-incrimination or potential criminal exposure;
Could facilitate, conceal, promote, or further unlawful conduct;
Could involve the destruction, alteration, concealment, or falsification of potentially relevant evidence;
May require action or judgment that only a licensed attorney is authorized to provide; or
Otherwise presents legal, regulatory, ethical, or compliance concerns that cannot appropriately be addressed within the scope of our services.
3. DUE-DILIGENCE AND LEGAL-COMPLIANCE REVIEW
Where information received by us reasonably appears to indicate criminal conduct, potential criminal exposure, unlawful activity, fraud, evidence concealment, or another significant legal or compliance concern, Alex P Legal Services may conduct a reasonable internal due-diligence and legal-compliance review appropriate to the nature and scope of the services requested.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, such measures may include:
Requesting clarification or additional information;
Declining to process particular materials;
Suspending or terminating services;
Referring the customer to a licensed attorney;
Seeking legal advice concerning our own obligations;
Preserving information or records when required or appropriate under applicable law;
Complying with a valid subpoena, court order, warrant, or other lawful process; or
Making a disclosure to a governmental authority or law-enforcement agency when such disclosure is required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
4. LAW-ENFORCEMENT REPORTING
Receipt of incriminating information does not, by itself, mean that Alex P Legal Services has a mandatory duty to report the information to law enforcement.
Any potential disclosure will be evaluated in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law and any legally applicable confidentiality, privacy, privilege, reporting, or other obligations.
Where applicable law requires or permits disclosure to law enforcement, a governmental agency, regulatory authority, court, or other authorized entity, Alex P Legal Services reserves the right to make such disclosure or to seek appropriate legal advice concerning whether disclosure is required or permitted.
Nothing in this policy constitutes a promise that a customer will receive advance notice before a legally required disclosure is made.
5. ATTORNEY REVIEW AND LEGAL PRIVILEGE
Nothing in this policy is intended to create, waive, expand, or limit any attorney-client privilege, attorney work-product protection, statutory confidentiality protection, contractual confidentiality obligation, or other legal protection that may apply to particular information.
Alex P Legal Services is not a law firm unless expressly identified as such, and communications with us should not be assumed to be protected by attorney-client privilege merely because the subject matter concerns legal proceedings or potential criminal conduct.
Where the applicability of a legal privilege, confidentiality obligation, reporting requirement, or other legal protection is uncertain, we may require the customer to obtain advice from a licensed attorney before we proceed.
Alex P Legal Services will not knowingly assist in conduct intended to:
Conceal or facilitate criminal activity;
Destroy, alter, fabricate, or conceal evidence;
Submit knowingly false or materially misleading information;
Evade a lawful investigation, subpoena, court order, or governmental process;
Misrepresent facts to a court, government agency, opposing party, or other authorized entity; or
Otherwise facilitate conduct that we reasonably believe would violate applicable law.
Our review of documents for formatting, organization, completeness, administrative processing, or other permitted purposes does not constitute a legal determination concerning the customer's rights, defenses, potential criminal liability, reporting obligations, or likelihood of prosecution.
IMPORTANT: Alex P Legal Services is not a substitute for a licensed attorney.
If you believe that information you intend to submit may expose you or another person to criminal liability, you should consult an appropriately licensed attorney before proceeding.
If a client or prospective client continues to request legal advice, legal opinions, legal strategy, or individualized legal recommendations after being informed that Alex P Legal Services does not provide such services, the request may be treated as a violation of the applicable service terms.
Where repeated requests continue despite this notice, Alex P Legal Services reserves the right to decline the request, discontinue the engagement, and stop providing services or assistance.
Repeated requests after the limitation is known may result in immediate service termination and account closure, where appropriate.
This policy is intended to maintain the proper boundaries of legal-support services and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
8. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW
This policy is intended to operate subject to applicable federal, state, and local law.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement controls.
9. HONESTY, ACCOUNT CLOSURE & WORK PRESERVATION
Clients must provide truthful and accurate information when requesting legal document assistance.
Any intentional misrepresentation, falsification, or attempt to deceive an assistant, court personnel, government agency, or the court system through the use of our services is prohibited.
Alex P Legal Services reserves the right to terminate assistance and close an account within 72 hours when misuse, dishonesty, or attempted deception is identified.
Upon closure, the client's project and related prepared work may be archived and preserved in accordance with applicable record-retention requirements and company policy.
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information and documents submitted to any court or government agency.
10. AI, PLAGIARISM & MISREPRESENTATION OF WORK
Clients may use ChatGPT or other artificial-intelligence tools for personal learning and research. However, clients may not use AI or other tools to plagiarize, copy, impersonate, misrepresent, or falsely claim authorship of work prepared by an Alex P Legal Services assistant or a referred attorney.
Submitting AI-generated or copied material as though it were original professional work, or intentionally altering or reproducing prepared work to mislead, ridicule, discredit, or deceive an assistant, referred attorney, opposing party, or court, is prohibited.
Prepared documents and professional work provided through Alex P Legal Services remain subject to applicable terms of service, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality requirements, and professional obligations.
Clients are responsible for reviewing, understanding, and accurately representing any material they submit or use.
AI is a learning and research tool—not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, or the client's own responsibility for their filings and representations.
11. CLIENT INTEGRITY, SCREENING & SAFETY
Alex P Legal Services is committed to working with individuals who act in good faith, provide truthful information, respect professional boundaries, and use legal-support services appropriately.
To protect the business, its assistants, licensed attorneys to whom clients may be referred, and other clients, Alex P Legal Services may conduct appropriate identity, eligibility, conflict, or background screening when permitted by law.
Screening may be used for the safety and integrity of attorney referrals, legal document preparation, and the initiation of legal-support work.
This process is intended to help identify circumstances that may create an unreasonable safety, professional, ethical, financial, or business risk.
Alex P Legal Services reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate services when a person provides false information, engages in harassment, fraud, abuse, manipulation, threats, bad-faith conduct, or attempts to misuse the business or its services.
We are not obligated to begin legal-support or document-preparation work, or make a referral to a licensed attorney, when available information indicates that doing so would create an unreasonable risk or otherwise be inappropriate.
Any screening or background information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and privacy requirements.
12. BUSINESS LINE, COMMUNICATION & RESOURCE MISUSE
The Alex P Legal Services business telephone line, messaging systems, email, client portal, website, and other business resources are provided exclusively for legitimate business, service, scheduling, client-support, and authorized communication purposes.
Clients and prospective clients may not use any business communication channel for personal matters, harassment, intimidation, threats, repeated unwanted contact, interference with business operations, or misuse of services or resources.
Attempts to use business communications, accounts, credentials, documents, systems, or other resources to obtain unauthorized control, access, ownership, administrative privileges, website or domain control, or other authority over Alex P Legal Services or its property are strictly prohibited.
Misuse may result in immediate restriction or termination of communication and services, account closure, preservation of relevant records, and referral or reporting to appropriate parties or authorities when required or permitted by law.
Business communication channels are not personal communication channels. Use them only for legitimate Alex P Legal Services business purposes.
13. SAMPLE, DRAFT & WATERMARK INTEGRITY NOTICE
Samples, templates, drafts, previews, and other materials provided by Alex P Legal Services may contain watermarks, identifying information, notices, disclaimers, or other markings intended to identify the source and protect the integrity of the work.
Clients and prospective clients may not remove, conceal, alter, crop, reproduce, or manipulate watermarks, identifying information, disclaimers, or other protective markings for the purpose of misrepresenting the source, ownership, status, or authenticity of the material.
These protections are also intended to prevent the unauthorized use, copying, retention, distribution, or taking of prepared work without payment or authorization.
Clients may not attempt to obtain, use, or retain completed or partially completed work while avoiding applicable fees or payment obligations.
Removal or alteration of protective markings, or attempts to obtain or use work without authorization or payment, may result in the material being withdrawn, services being declined or terminated, and the account or project being archived.
Drafts and samples are provided for their intended review or service purpose and should not be represented as finalized legal work, attorney work, court-approved documents, or independently prepared work when they are not.
14. REVISION REQUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Clients and prospective clients are responsible for clearly identifying and submitting all requested revisions, corrections, and changes for their documents or projects.
For tracking, accuracy, documentation, and quality-control purposes, all revision requests must be submitted in writing.
Verbal revision requests are not permitted and will not be treated as authorized instructions.
Alex P Legal Services is not responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, or requested changes that were not clearly communicated or provided in writing by the client or prospective client.
15. AFTER-HOURS COMMUNICATION & CONTACT
Alex P Legal Services maintains designated business hours for client and prospective-client communications.
Contacting the business outside of posted business hours does not guarantee an immediate response.
After-hours calls, texts, emails, portal messages, or other communications will generally be addressed during the next available business period.
The business line and other communication channels must not be used after hours to demand immediate assistance, repeatedly contact the business, harass, intimidate, threaten, or pressure the business owner, assistants, or service providers.
Repeated or excessive after-hours contact, particularly after communication boundaries have been provided, may result in communication restrictions, service declination, or termination of services.
If you have an emergency or believe immediate legal assistance is necessary, contact the appropriate emergency service or a licensed attorney. Alex P Legal Services does not provide emergency legal services.
16. SUICIDE, SELF-HARM, MEDICAL ADVICE & EMERGENCY SAFETY NOTICE
Alex P Legal Services is a legal-support services business and is not a medical clinic, healthcare facility, mental-health treatment provider, crisis center, or emergency medical service.
Although the business owner may hold a Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) certificate or other healthcare-related credential, such credential does not mean that Alex P Legal Services provides medical care, medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication management, mental-health treatment, or emergency medical services through this website or business.
No medical advice is provided through Alex P Legal Services. Information communicated through this website, client portal, telephone, text, email, documents, or other business resources should not be treated as medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized healthcare advice.
Clients and website users should not use Alex P Legal Services communication channels to request medical advice, medication recommendations, diagnosis, treatment instructions, suicide intervention, crisis counseling, or emergency medical assistance.
If a person communicates that they are experiencing suicidal thoughts, an immediate risk of self-harm, an intention to harm themselves or another person, a medical emergency, or another situation requiring immediate intervention, Alex P Legal Services may discontinue the business interaction and direct the individual to appropriate emergency, crisis, medical, or mental-health resources.

Where permitted or required by applicable law, Alex P Legal Services may take appropriate action or make a disclosure to emergency services, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, or another appropriate authority when necessary to address an apparent emergency or comply with a legal obligation.
Nothing in this clause creates an attorney-client relationship, patient-provider relationship, medical-provider relationship, or duty to provide medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency services.
A Clinical Medical Assistant certificate does not make Alex P Legal Services a medical clinic or emergency service. For medical, mental-health, medication, suicide/self-harm, or emergency concerns, contact an appropriately qualified healthcare or emergency professional.
17. BUSINESS SABOTAGE, INTERFERENCE, JEALOUSY, COVETOUS BEHAVIOR & BAD-FAITH CONDUCT
Alex P Legal Services prohibits any intentional or malicious conduct designed to sabotage, interfere with, disrupt, damage, undermine, or otherwise negatively affect the business, its reputation, operations, clients, prospective clients, assistants, referrals, business relationships, website, systems, property, or services.
This prohibition includes conduct motivated by jealousy, covetous behavior, personal resentment, competition, retaliation, hostility, or an attempt to obtain, control, appropriate, damage, or interfere with the business, its work, resources, reputation, customers, intellectual property, website, domain, accounts, systems, or business opportunities.
Business interference may include, but is not limited to, false statements, deceptive communications, impersonation, unauthorized access or attempted access, interference with business communications, disruption of services, manipulation of business information, misuse of documents or resources, interference with clients or referrals, intentional damage to business reputation, or other conduct intended to cause financial, operational, professional, or reputational harm.
Alex P Legal Services may also consider whether conduct appears to be undertaken in bad faith, under false pretenses, or for the purpose of concealing the true nature, purpose, motivation, identity, or character of the person engaging in the conduct.
Attempts to conceal the true nature of conduct or bad-faith character through false accounts, misleading communications, third-party communications, fabricated information, impersonation, altered materials, or other deceptive means may be treated as an aggravating circumstance when evaluating misuse of the business or its resources.
Alex P Legal Services reserves the right to take appropriate action when business sabotage, jealousy, covetous behavior, business interference, or other bad-faith conduct is identified. Such conduct may result in immediate restriction or termination of services, account closure, preservation of records, restriction of communications, withdrawal of access to business resources, and other appropriate action to protect the business and its property.
Where appropriate and permitted or required by applicable law, Alex P Legal Services may document, preserve, investigate, seek legal advice regarding, or report suspected interference, fraud, unauthorized access, threats, harassment, or other unlawful conduct to the appropriate party or authority.
Jealousy, covetous behavior, personal hostility, or bad faith does not create a right to interfere with or control another person's business. Clients, prospective clients, and other persons interacting with Alex P Legal Services are expected to conduct themselves honestly, lawfully, and in good faith.
If this type of conduct occurs, the person responsible may be subject to civil legal action, including a lawsuit for available damages or other remedies. Where the conduct may constitute a criminal offense, criminal charges may be reported, referred, pursued, or prosecuted by the appropriate authorities, as permitted or required by applicable law. Alex P Legal Services does not determine criminal guilt or guarantee that criminal charges will be filed.
Nothing in this clause authorizes Alex P Legal Services to make a determination of criminal liability. Any legal determination concerning unlawful conduct, liability, damages, or available remedies must be made by the appropriate court, governmental authority, or licensed attorney.
18. THIRD-PARTY INTERFERENCE
Alex P Legal Services prohibits former colleagues, former clients or parties, ex-parties, associates, acquaintances, or any other person from using, sending, directing, recruiting, or encouraging another person to interfere with, disrupt, sabotage, harass, intimidate, or otherwise negatively affect the business or its operations.
This includes using another person to conceal the true nature, source, purpose, or bad-faith character of the conduct or to avoid responsibility for the interference.
Third-party interference may result in termination of access or services, preservation of records, civil legal action, and, where applicable, referral or reporting to the appropriate authorities.
19. BUSINESS & PERSONAL BOUNDARIES
Clients may not share business-related exhibits or communications outside the authorized Alex P Legal Services relationship or communication channels.
Business is business; personal is personal. Violations may result in a permanent ban from Alex P Legal Services.
20. ACCOUNT CLOSURE & CLIENT PORTAL ACCESS
Once an account or project is closed and archived, client portal access may be permanently restricted or terminated. Clients are responsible for saving paid authorized documents before account closure.
CLOSING NOTICE — CLAUSES 1–20
The policies, notices, limitations, and service conditions contained in Clauses 1–20 are intended to protect the integrity, safety, lawful operation, and professional boundaries of Alex P Legal Services, its business resources, assistants, clients, prospective clients, and licensed attorneys to whom referrals may be made.
By using this website, submitting information, requesting services, accessing resources, communicating with Alex P Legal Services, or proceeding with a project, the client or prospective client acknowledges responsibility for providing truthful information, using services lawfully, respecting business communication boundaries, and complying with applicable service terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Alex P Legal Services reserves the right to decline, suspend, restrict, or terminate services; close or archive accounts or projects; preserve records and prepared work; restrict communications; and take other appropriate action when these terms are violated or continued service presents a legal, professional, safety, financial, or business concern.
Nothing in Clauses 1–20 creates an attorney-client relationship, constitutes legal advice, medical advice, or guarantees that services will be provided or continued.
